I took yesterday off - it was so super nice.

• Watched TV & relaxed.

Today I will go get some make up - ran out and do not have time for QVC to ship. I might stop by Potttery Barn, I have a gift card from Christmas that I want to use. Rebels game this afternoon. Oh, I have to vaccuum and dust a little.

I was born in the year of the Dog - what does that mean to me?

There are so many advantages you can enjoy in the year of the Earth Rat. This is a lucky year to focus on your home and family. Anything that brings a greater feeling of stability should be encouraged. You may have to be strong when facing challenges to what you value most. Some relationships may end and ultimately this will be for the good. Don't be afraid to ask for help from experts, friends and family. Stressful situations will show you who you can rely on and who is not truly on your side. You will learn to be strong and to maneuver situations to your advantage.

Thoughts

Every once in awhile take a moment, stop and let go. I often read a few phrases and quotes when things start to get crazy. It pulls me back into perspective. These are some of the reasons why I try not to over react. Here are a couple of quotes I read today:

Super Bowl

Super boring until the last quarter. Super glad it is over. Super party - over 1300 people. Super tired, what a long weekend.

Yes - there was a small fire Saturday morning contained to a wall in one bathroom. Security put the fire out and it is still under investigation. No word right now as to the cause. No one was hurt and no damage to any personal belongings, just the wall.

Tomorrow is a another big departure date - so as some employees are relaxing, I still have a lot of work. End of month, coding, reports, comp, reviews. Still trying to work out all the kinks of the big upgrade (or should I say - downgrade). I am planning to take Friday off. Looking forward to that.

13 years today - it is our anniversary! Since I had to work all weekend, we will celebrate another time, but Rich gave me roses 12 red and 2 white - we exchanged white roses during our wedding ceremony and he always gives me 2 white roses.
